I didn't notice it until now, but for this to be correct, you'd need the file to be downloaded at full speed. But it didn't: 4s for 30 MB, that's around 60 Mbit/s for you. It should have been less than a second. As of now, I see two (possibly connected) bugs here: - LMS restarts without finishing the download and then finds itself puzzled that the checksums don't match - LMS further enhances this problem by discarding perfectly fine FINISHED downloads when clicking on "Plugins have been updated - Restart Required" (2nd download is triggered) and then discarding whatever progress LMS made with that when clicking on "Changes will take place at the next application restart. Please click here to restart the server now." (3rd download is triggered) That last one is the only download LMS actually uses! You're right of course, it does happen only with higher download times (or for people with insane reflexes).
