I run LMS without any mysqueezebox.com options. BUT the Booms (and some other players) still have the ability to connect to msb. LMS doesn't seem to be able to change this in the player via the prefs file on the LMS, however, there is a " - SQUEEZENETWORK_CONNECT" under the "menuItem:" heading. I'm more wondering if there is something stored in the player that sync'd with msb that makes the player try connecting to another server first. As if there is some setting that is sync'd with MSB which isn't sync'd with LMS's server.prefs file.
