3. When LMS in SLim::Formats::Playlist.pm calls Slim::Formats->classForFormat($type)) when $type is 'm3um3u8' - the entry is undef.
The scanner only initializes plugins which registered a scanner module. As PlayHLS is not doing so, the above file type likely isn't registered.
