This seems to be something else. The only change is in the install.xml the importmodule is only read when scanner is invoked and not at startup. There was no code change to PlayHLS so why does it fail to load on system startup. on yoru sytem not finding URI/Split.pm On my WIn10 LMS the install.xml change did not cause the message you logged and PlayHLS was available after boot.
