If I set -"Now Playing will show"- to 100 (seems to be the maximum it will allow), I get a playlist of 100 tracks. At any point during the playing of these 100 tracks I can add the favourite again (making 200 tracks). Of course there's no guarantee that the second batch will all be different from the first 100.
