Active State have also removed access to their perl package manager
repositories..at least the older ones like
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86/5.14/ is gone.  Which means you
can no longer update any modules from the base active state perl
install.  I haven't been able to find a mirror so far.  Found out the
hard way while investigating building newer windows ssl perl modules. 
Thank goodness, I took a snapshot of the vm before mucking about with
ppm.
