So, I completely deinstalled and installed the current LMS version 8.0.0 - 1604350431 in the way, which was described in the thread "LMS on Ubuntu 20.04" from alex.h. When I restarted my workstation, I noticed that the ip-address of LMS was 127.0.0.1 and after about 3 minutes the ip address changed to the right one 10.0.0.95. I am using the LMS with the current version of Squeezelite Player v1.9.7-1278. There are no problems playing FLAC files from NAS. When I tailed the server.log there are the always recurring entries: [20-11-03 13:48:25.7398] main::init (388) Starting Logitech Media Server (v8.0.0, 1604350431, Mon Nov 2 22:22:40 CET 2020) perl 5.030000 - x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi [20-11-03 13:48:25.8059] Slim::Networking::Slimproto::init (124) Warning: Can't listen on port 3483 for Slim protocol: Address already in use at /usr/share/perl5/Slim/Networking/Slimproto.pm line 124. 2020-11-03 13:48:30 Logitech Media Server died.
