This sounds very similar to the issue I had in another thread here:

If so, you should be able to listen to Tidal again by enabling Proxied
streaming in LMS settings:
LMS default webpage -> Settings -> Player -> pick player from dropdown
list -> pick "audio" from dropdown list
Close to the bottom of this page there is a setting for 'Streaming
Method'. Just pick Proxied Streaming.
