Yes! Thanks for the tip. Now it's crystal clear what is happening. For whatever reason the LMS 8 is trying to convert DXD Flac into MP3. See the log attached. Just checked if the same issue happens to other formats. Plays as expected SD Flacs, HD Flacs (24-192) and DSD.
