I may have a different situation from CameronD. I have all my remotes, they all work fine.
I am doing this with two different hosts. My LMS 7.8.1 is running on an old ESXI vm running Debian. My new LMS 8.1 host is Ubuntu 20.04 VM on Hyper-V. I tried it with both hosts live and running. My Boom and Radio could switch between them as expected. Whenever the 8.1 host is running (with or without an active 7.8.1 host), the SB1 just gets stuck in a perpetual reboot cycle after network setup.
