A simpler option would be to use a global counter: The random playlist will arrange only the least played tracks in general. This would be a good intermediate solution. There should be an option to set all tracks to 0, for having a clean start.
As I said every track would only be played once, as long as you don't restart a random mix. The problem is we can't have counters for every possible mix configuration. Your use case is specific, in that you're always listening to the same mix, but seem to be starting it over and over again.
