Yeah, this is really odd. You can confirm that MIP is working with LMS 7.9. Which proves that MIP is working.
I can get LMS 8.2 working with MIP in a Docker container (testing on Big Sur, which wouldn't run 32 bit applications any more). Which proves that LMS 8 should be as happily using MIP as always. There have been close to no changes in LMS 8.
