Just finished doing a complete purge and reinstall of LMS (including deleting the "prefs" folder. After the reinstall verified that the problem shows in Material, Default and SBT screens. I am a database guy in real life - I copied the library table to my Mac. What I see: 1) In the tracks table, the last row for the album that shows the wrong artwork has the wrong path (the path to the wrong artwork) in the "cover" column. All other rows for this album have the correct path in the "cover" column. 2) In the tracks table, the row with the bad path has a different value in the "coverid" field than any of the other rows for this album. 3) In the albums table, the value in the "artwork" column is the same value that is in the "coverid" column in the bad row in the tracks table. So that appears to be why the wrong artwork is showing for some small number of albums. I really wonder if this could be a bug in the scanner for artwork?
