Thank you for your posts. I have been using LMS for many years and problems usually occur when upgrading my MacBook. For example: LMS 7 stopped working in Big Sur, but luckily LMS 8 appeared. The described problem appeared when I bought a new Mac (Air, M1 processor, Big Sur). Nothing else changed in my setup. Sometimes, not always, the Mac responds too slowly to commands from LMS. So my question is whether there is a setting in LMS or in Mac that can fix this.
