Hi y'all,
I had listened to a few albums of (retro) video games today for fun. They were all in 'VGM/VGZ' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGM_(file_format)) format and played through VLC without a problem. According to VLC codec information: PCM S16 LE (s16l). Since the files were quite small and I was pretty sure that LMS can do PCM, I thought it would be a good idea to add a few titles to the LMS collection. Well to make it short, I know this is a niche and the LMS scanner didn't find the files because it's not in the list of supported files but I would like to know and ask the pros here, if LMS is able to play these formats at all or would I have to convert them first into whatever format? I attach an example. Thanks :) . +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: 33 - Stand Up Against Myself (Staff Roll).zip | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=36492| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rasputin_GY's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68369 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115589 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
