Also, now that yo9u have seen that the SB player can work (on wired) then the next thing to look at is the WiFi access point and the networking in more general.
For example: Is it a WiFi6 access point? Do you have more than one access point? Is the access point the same device that you used to test the ethernet? Could there be more than one DHCP server in the network?
