No need to stop/start LMS when changing log levels ... plus, if you did not set the flag to say persist the settings then those log levels will have been reset when you started LMS.
Next ... wired v wireless ... how are the SB devices connected (should not be an issue because they managed to get an IP address via DHCP)? Try changing the connection type - and if too far away from the router for a wired connection then move the SB unit temporarily.
