Nick, Thanks for the suggestion I will look into it. We do have a great deal of monitoring and notification systems in place and Dan was aware of the problem instantly. Unfortunately forums/www were down too so we had limited means of reporting status.
Everything is up as of 1AM with new servers online to expand capacity. We are improving the system on an ongoing basis.
