OK... I've installed ethereal (this tool is great!), but just as I was about to do a trace as described above, I saw that the "remember me" checkbox had been added to the login page! So I tried logging in with "remember me" turned on (without ethereal tracing), and voila! It works! On IE6 and firefox (normal mode), all ok! THANKS GUYS, logging in to squeezenetwork now works for me!
