Well, you've read my mind, and I couldn't agree more. It's hard to evaluate the service now with the problems at hand. Actually, my evaluation at this point, due to the problems, is "I'll pass". An extension to the eval period or another free evaluation period (maybe just 2 weeks) would be a great idea. Of course this should be offered once the bugs have been fixed. I would want to see for myself that the bugs have been fixed prior to subscribing.
