So we're still trying to diagnose the playback failures. Everything
we've seen on the server side looks healthy, but clearly there's an
issue somewhere. If you'd like to help us out, the next time you have a
playback failure (ie; the playback stops in the middle of a song), if
you could post a message letting us know what time (and what timezone!)
and what logon you were using, that would be great.

If you are on the trial, the MAC address will do instead of the logon.

Ideally, you would post that to this forum :
