It appears that the problem is related to the Client I'm using. After the reinstall, I was able to use it Softsqueeze. I just can't use it with another client that I'm using.
I would still like to know how to do a clean reinstall. Andy, could you please tell me what the process is for a clean reinstall... just like the way it was before I intstalled it with out it remembering any setting.
