andyg -- I'm not sure exactly how to separate the two problems, as I kind of had both happening simultaneously.
- My SB3 would not connect at all to SN. it would just go through config and then when connecting to SN either hang or reboot. Note that i had never connected to SC. - My Duet looked like it might be connected (it was visible on the website) but i had none of the right menu options for SN.
