Hi Andy, Problem two seems to be the case for me. When I try to connect to the SN with my SB3 it just says trying to connect to the SN and then it just hangs, and doesn't respond to the remote or any signal. I have to take of the power to reset the SB3. The SC software also doesn't see my SB3 anymore when it's trying to connect to the SN, because i think it just crashes. All other function on my SB3 such as Internet radio and streaming my music from my pc work fine. I really hope this problem can be solved.
