This happened to me about a week ago. I could browse thru Rhapsody
content but then received this error when I tried to play music.

Unfortunately, Rhapsody will tell you this is a Squeezebox problem, and
Logitech will tell you it is a Rhapsody problem.

Personally I'm not sure who is right. Rhapsody tier 2 support told me
last weekend that there are not varying levels of authentication. If
my id connected and allowed me to see artists, titles, albums,
whatever, then I was clearly authenticating. They will also tell you
that if you can start the Rhapsody client and play music, there is no
problem with your id, and that there is no difference introduced by
Rhapsody direct v. Rhapsody.

Honestly, I have no idea who is right. It was frustrating and then
cleared up on its own about a day later.
