Yeah, I'm sure that is quite possible.  But of course there is know way
for the layperson to know for sure what the deal is or what to tell
Rhapsody to do.  Both tiers of support swear there is not account reset
on their end.  So who knows.

Honestly, with the amount of business Squeezebox is driving to
Rhapsody, and vice versa (I bought the duet mainly because of the
Rhapsody support) you would think the two comapnies would come together
and come up with an easy to find, definitive resolution.  Good folks
like Andy, who are monitoring the boards (even on weekends) and trying
to help out, and customers like the ones posting, really should not
have to deal with the situation any longer as it appears it has been
happening for a while.

Fortunately, it does seem to resolve itself given enough time.
