I go through this every single weekend. Nothing I do seems to work. Finally it comes back up on its own. The longest took two days. The shortest was a couple hours. It's been down now for 4 hours. Yes, the rhapsody support staff knows about the problem because I've been complaining for a month and they know their fix instructions don't work either.
