Still working fine here (all buttons including adding Favorites in SN). Make sure your SB3 is connected to SN when you add Favorites on the SN UI, it won't work without a player currently on SN. Are you certain you see your SB3 listed on SN just to the left of the PLAY button? Syncing Favorites between SC and SN has long been discussed but I'm not aware that they have implemented this yet. If they did I'd imagine they would have a "share/sync Favorites" option in the settings as some may not want this feature. But maybe they are testing this feature, I dunno. Again, can you add Favorites on SN via your SB3 player itself?
