If you have your SBS running, you need to change source. I am not sure how that is done when SBS is running (I don't use SBS), but according to Logitech, if you turn off your SBS the system "seamlessly" switches to MySB. From what I hear around here, it is not as seamless as claimed, though. Are you sure it's the receiver that is "not connected"? I had a "ghost" device claimed to be not connected, in addition to my receiver. Give your receiver a specific name so you can be sure that it is the one claimed to be not connected. If nothing changes, disconnect the "not connected" device, the receiver should re-connect automatically. Note also... for my Duet system, MySB never displays my controller as connected.
