Same problem for me. Got Duet this weekend and almost all functionality worked right out of the box. Except the function to use mysqueezebox.com when my squeezebox server is offline. On the controller selecting " networks" and then "switch to my squeezebox" nothing happens. Also the remote player on the "mysqueezebox" website fails to control my devices. Under "my players" my players are all not connected. Not sure what I can do about it.
With Squeezebox server everthing works fine, even hooking up my Nokia mobile phone and using the controller to select what content to play on the phone. Also playing content on the controller itself worked flawlessly. Amazing stuff this Logitech squeeze gadgetteria is.
