It's been over two weeks now since these problems started (I'm in the
UK). For all of that time my Duet has been out of action. For part of
the time my Squeezebox 3 as well.  I've done factory resets, losing all
my Favourites, apps setting, etc but to no avail.  Now this morning
Squeezebox Server is running, but when I open the Control Panel and
select the Information tab, it reports that the Server needs to be
running to display information!!!
What is happening? This is getting beyond a joke. Logitech - we have
bought expensive equipment that at present is totally useless! You need
to be more open with us about what the problem and how long it's going
to be before we can enjoy our music again.
