I had this happen as well.  I simply stopped and restarted squeezecenter
and then it was fixed so I suggest giving this a try.  

This problem must be widespread, at least among Rhapsody users, so it
needs to be fixed.

To Logitech:  I'm running squeezecenter 7.4.1 on Win7.  I got the error
from the web service and from ipeng when trying to run Rhapsody.  I was,
however, able to use the SB3 to run Rhapsody directly even when the
problem was there.  Stopping and restarting squeezecenter server fixed
things all around (for now anyway).
