Right - same happens to me. Most people assume it is something local initially and start fiddling with settings and try various scenario's. Eventually it's all messed up and really starting from scratch is the only way out. My own experience is to setup Duet/Controller receiver first and only when that works again install/configure SBS on PC. Trying to reconfigure Duet while SBS is running seems to confuse the issue.
