Problems with last.fmÂ… I have a Radio and a Boom. Was playing last.fm on the Boom, everything was fine until I turned on the Radio which had been soft-off. The Radio couldn't connect with last.fm. Dialogs such as "last.fm error", "last.fm stream disconnected", "skippingÂ…"(didn't say what it was skipping) appeared on the radio screen. And I lost the stream on the sync'ed Boom as well.
This is not the first time this has happened. It has happened turning on only one SB. I'm perplexed because when last.fm stops, I can still get Pandora. The problem exists only with last.fm. It seems like a communications breakdown between squeezebox.com and last.fm. It seems to get into some kind of loop. It may work perfectly in the morning but not in the evening. Additionally, when the problem occurs on the Radio the screen will run through a couple of album covers of recently played tracks while it throws up the last.fm error message. On the Boom, track names also go flying by. I'm not an engineer or programmer but I did notice this line on the server log repeated over and over again. ; fh=Slim::Web::HTTP::ClientConn=GLOB(0x10910a380) [10-01-10 21:43:34.3137] Slim::Networking::IO::Select::__ANON__ (146) Error: Select task failed calling Slim::Web::HTTP::processHTTP: Can't call method "isPlayer" on an undefined value at /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/Slim/Web/Settings/Player/Menu.pm line 39. I'm new here and new to Squeezebox. I hope somebody here recognizes what's going on and can tell me how to fix it.
