If you purchased your SB3 used you must contact support. What version of SBS server are you running? 7.4 or 7.5?
To connect the SB3 to MySB: If you are the original owner, press and hold the LEFT arrow from the IR remote until you enter the SETUP section, scroll down to "connect to MySqueezebox.com", arrow RIGHT to connect. You will then need to enter your login info on the SB3. Or, Register the SB3 via the SBS server software on your computer: SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com > enter login info > *save* If your MySB login info is valid then this screen should not show an error.
