Correct, cuz your player cannot connect to MySB. Until it connects, or sees your player on SBS, then it will not be registered. It sounds like something is blocking your player (and SBS) from seeing the internet. Likely your firewall or antivirus is blocking them. What computer,OS, and router are you using? When you have the Control Panel open, go to Diagnostics, you should see six "ok's" for all ports and pings.
