I'd call support last, after trying the above methods (if you have not done so already). If the player was registered to MySB before then one of two things will happen when you connect it to MySB: 1. the player will just connect to MySB and function, but not on your MySB account 2. the player will display "this player is already registered to another MySB account" when you attempt to setup your MySB account from the player
Either of these two issues will require a call to tech support (or get the previous owner to un-register that player from MySB).
