Mine (2Wire) is known to work differently than most, possibly causing problems with losing connection. (Logitech is still looking into it.) I can't fault Logitech when one manufacturer does something differently than the rest, and in my case I'm even willing to buy another router if that's what it takes because the service is worth it to me. But to expect any network-based system to work flawlessly in every possible combination of computer, modem, router and operating system is unrealistic. Good luck with yours.
