You people are seriously looking at this whole system through rose-tinted glasses !!!!!! Read the other posts on this forum - mysb.com has a very bad habit of going down. This happens very frequently on public holidays and weekends (maybe its a bigger problem with the European server than the US ones I'll admit but I'm in the UK so it affects me). So, as a result of a server run by the manufacturer of the system that I have paid for failing, a server which is required to perform many of the functions of the device that are advertised as being a function of the product, I cannot use my device on frequent occasions - most notably the times when I would be most likely to use the device. If you read these forums you will see that the European server has been down over the Christmas holiday, the New Year holiday and the Easter holiday periods !!!! Hardly reliable is it ?? An no, its not my router - I have already checked that. It is the server. All we need is a software upgrade to allow the device to connect directly to the likes of napster. If we have that, we will have a device capable of being a market leader. Until then, we have a part time music player part time book end. -- ravinghill ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ravinghill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=34837 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77468 _______________________________________________ squeezenetwork mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezenetwork
