Yes, mysb.com seems to be unreliable at times (according to some forums posts at least), but there is (and always has been) a *very easy solution* to that problem: run your own SBS. Nobody expects you to run it 24/7 - just run it when you suspect that mysb.com will be loaded (e.g. on weekends, holidays etc.).
