Launch Control Panel from SBS server on your computer, go to Control
Panel > Diagnostics, what does it report for ALL pings, ports, IP's?

Wouldn't hurt to do a complete network reset having recently made
network changes.
Unplug router, shut down all computers, unplug all SB players.
Now bring everything back up in that same order, waiting for each
device to completely boot up before proceeding.
Now try Internet Radio and/or look again in Diagnostics.

If it still won't play or switch to MySB then you likely have Firewall
or router setting issues.
