Well I did a reinstall and that didn't help, reset my password and tried to log in to msb.com and for some reason couldn't do that so opened a new account with a different email account and that did the trick. MSB.com said I was logged in with my other account but also would keep asking me to log in and when I tried it wouldn't connect. Really strange but I'm connected now so back to normal. Thanks to everyone who replied and tried to help.
