Your SB players need a server. You have two choices (well there's a 3rd
too). Choice one: connect to mysqueezebox.com (mysb.com). This is a
server in the cloud. It allows most things, but it doesn't see your
local music files. Choice two: install SqueezeboxServer (SbS) on your
own local computer. This does everything that mysb.com does PLUS you
now have access to your own local music library. Even within SbS one
must provide the mysb.com credentials. If you run your own SbS 24/7,
you never need to connect to mysb.com (and this is the preferred
situation for many folks). The 3rd choice I mentioned is that the
TOUCH has a "tiny" SbS built in that one can use. It is very low power
and has some other restrictions (fewer plugins, etc.). Not a good
option if you can run a real SbS on a real computer.

When you are connected to your own SbS, can you stream internet radio,
search things like radiotime and shoutcast. Play pandora streams? When
you look at settings>mysqueezebox.com do you see any error messages
after entering your mysb.com credentials and hitting "apply". Look
closely at this page as it is a very subtle error message.
