Is this with the Logitech "App" or the ickStream plugin? I believe the Logitech "App" only plays FLAC when you use the server (which you seem to do) and if the server is 7.8 which yours is.
In this case: trust the extension, not the format info unless the format info explicitly mentions transcoding. The format info is not the format actually used but the format the protocol handler in the server thinks it might be using. It caused a lot of confusion when we originally launched the ickStream plugin and it also showed MP3 when actually playing FLAC.
