I've looked into the 'tunein' thing. There are no other people complaining recently about this change of displaying cover art. Neither are there any announcements or plans of doing so from tunein-officials.
I'm seeing that our call to the TuneIn API would always only return the station logo. So it's definitely a change on their end. Whether it's temporary or not, I don't know yet. But I've sent them a mail. Hopefully we'll have more information soon.
