Thanks Michael for the effort, greatly appreciated. So now it's clear what's the situation (so I can stop testing things out at my side). I am curious in the response of Tunein (or hope that some creative genius makes a plugin that does something like it).
It's not that difficult actually. The only problem is the source of the cover art. I do have a plugin for a local radio station (SRF - Switzerland) which would pull artwork from Last.fm. But it requires a dev key for the latter etc.
