I'm a little confused about the Spotify terminology, but... I don't think there is such a thing as "following" an album, just "following" an artist. To clarify, what I'm asking for (and what the Android/desktop apps seem to do) is that if I add an album to My Library, the corresponding list of artists will also be browsable such that I can then view the albums by that artist which have been added to My Library.
