In Times' of difficulties with mysb.com servers start up LMS on some computer and use what works local files and favorites and the manual Tune in URL feature .
Interestingly enough I found out about this problem because my LMS started to behave oddly. I'll have to check the log file for details when I have more time. But I was simply listening to some local radio station (with proxied streaming...), when LMS became totally un-responsive. I have no idea yet how this could happen.
For some reason they simplified the state information it ether white or red nowadays , you have to go to network status many to actually see if t connected or not .
Now that was marketing, not support, trust me. They felt you, dear users, would be overwhelmed with three colors!
The old squeezebox receiver actually showed a blue icon when on the network but with no server connection .
I think there were/are even more, like some yellowish, which is hard to distinguish from the regular white :-).
