Yes, if computer is in sleep mode you would expect that. You mentioned "It seems to occur from time to time" which would indicate it happens randomly and not just from sleep/suspend mode. As Mnyb suggests you can simply stop & restart LMS to reestablish LMS' network connection, takes about 20 seconds. Now that you are using LMS on a PC you have some additional diagnostic tools. When you encounter a similar issue as you have been experiencing go to: LMS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's. Also go to LMS > Settings > MySB.com, is there any mention of "invalid login"?
