TuneIn used to be RadioTime. Might try contacting TuneIn directly if their site isn't recognizing your zip code(s). What zip are you using?
Although TuneIn is the background for anything under the Internet Radio menu item I believe that still relies solely on your IP address. The "Local" using your supplied zip is used under the TuneIn app itself (separate locals).
